Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using LoneMade, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding agreement. If you use LoneMade for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes through the service or your account email.

2. The service

LoneMade provides a personal AI workspace for guided tools, AI-assisted generation, private files, provider connections, usage history and related account features. Availability and supported capabilities may change as the service develops.

LoneMade may use third-party AI models and infrastructure. Their availability, limits and responses can affect the service. The provider used for a request may be selected by you or configured by an administrator.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account information and keep your email address current.
• Verify your email before using the account. Keep your password and OAuth sign-in access secure.
• Do not share credentials or allow another person to use your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@lonemade.com if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and Credits (future paid features)

When paid features are enabled, the checkout page will show the applicable product, price, taxes, payment terms and Credits amount before you confirm a purchase.

LoneMade currently supports one-time Credits top-ups when Waffo Pancake payment settings are enabled. Subscriptions and automatic renewals are not offered unless the corresponding checkout and account controls are made available.

5. Payment processing and taxes (future paid features)

When paid features are enabled, payment card data will be processed by Waffo Pancake. LoneMade will not store complete card numbers. You authorize the payment shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and any recurring renewal that you expressly accepted.

Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees or exchange-rate charges. You are responsible for information needed to complete a lawful transaction.

6. Cancellation (future paid features)

When subscriptions are enabled, you may cancel online from the account settings area. You may also contact cancel@lonemade.com. Online cancellation will not require you to call us or send a separate message.

Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access available through the paid period already confirmed. One-time Credits remain subject to the validity and refund terms displayed at purchase.

7. Refunds (future paid features)

When paid features are enabled, the checkout and this section will identify the applicable refund window. The planned policy covers duplicate charges, unused Credits requested within the stated window, qualifying first-time subscription refunds, material service outages and any refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

Contact billing@lonemade.com with the account email, transaction reference and reason. We will acknowledge a request within two business days and process an approved refund through the original payment method where possible.

8. Billing disputes

Please contact billing@lonemade.com before starting a bank dispute so we can investigate a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge. This request does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. AI content and intellectual property

• Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use output generated from your inputs for lawful purposes.
• You give LoneMade a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and files only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. We do not use your private inputs to train a LoneMade model without your separate permission.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your situation. Review it before relying on it.
• Do not present AI output as professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice without qualified human review.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use LoneMade to:

• violate law, privacy, intellectual property or other rights;
• create fraud, scams, harassment, malware, phishing or cyber-attack tooling;
• create sexualized content involving minors, or exploit or endanger minors;
• create deceptive deepfakes or impersonate a real person in a harmful or misleading way;
• bypass security, rate limits, access controls or usage restrictions;
• resell or share access without written authorization;
• systematically scrape, extract or collect output at scale;
• train, fine-tune, distill, benchmark or develop a competing AI model using LoneMade output or derived data;
• use the service in a high-risk setting where an error could cause injury, financial loss or denial of rights without appropriate human oversight.

11. Privacy, data and third parties

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how it is used, the providers that process it and your available rights. It is part of these Terms.

Third-party AI providers, OAuth providers, email providers, storage providers and Waffo Pancake have their own terms and policies. Their services are used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when required by law, for a serious security or abuse risk, for fraud, or for a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through your profile or by contacting support@lonemade.com.

Deletion removes or queues personal content according to the Privacy Policy. Financial, audit and legally required records may be retained.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular model response or that AI output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoneMade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to LoneMade in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if no payment was made.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable law of the state or jurisdiction where Hao Yin operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, contact legal@lonemade.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the service or your registered email before they take effect when required by law. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
